House 9 is bridging the gap between the business and development teams to create technical requirements documentation for ISIS 1.0 .NET.
January 17, 2005: CIBC entrusts their mortgage help desk knowledge items to House 9
House 9 is helping CIBC's Solution Centre by creating knowledge items for their help desk. This contract ends at the end of April 2006.
June 1, 2004: KPMG entrusts their Global Desktop documentation to House 9
House 9 is helping KPMG's Global Desktop team support their product worldwide. This contract ends near the end of January.
April 5, 2004: ACNielsen re-signs House 9 to update SPACEMAN documentation
House 9 is helping ACNielsen prepare for the final release of their SPACEMAN software, providing printed user manuals. This contract ends with the release at the end of May.
January 27, 2004: Management Board Secretariat signs with House 9 for technical writing
House 9 is providing their iSERV department with information architecture, technical writing, and web design expertise to the Government of Ontario. This contract is currently slated to continue to the fiscal year end.
January 9, 2004: House 9 launches French version of their Web site
House 9 extends their Web presence to their French colleagues by launching a bilingual version of their site.
July 29, 2003: IBM signs with House 9 to assure quality for e-learning content.
Building on a previous engagement, House 9 has signed to review the content for some current e-learning projects. This contract is set to continue until near the end of the year.
January 21, 2003: ACNielsen signs House 9 to write documentation and coordinate translation.
W5 Resources Inc. and ACNielsen have chosen House 9 to write and coordinate the translation of the latest version of ACNielsen's SPACEMAN documentation. This five-month contract starts on February 3, 2003.
December 7, 2002: House 9 signs with Syntergy to edit technical content.
Branching to service our American cousins, House 9 has just recently signed a contract with Syntergy, editing their technical content for an upcoming software release. This contract is slated to start on December 30, 2002 and end in the new year.
July 29, 2002: House 9 contracts to create e-Learning for CIBC.
Eagle Professional Resources has selected House 9 to join an IBM project for CIBC. House 9 will be helping create engaging and interactive e-Learning content for their Branch Banking segment. The engagement is slated to end on December 20, 2002.
May 1, 2002: House 9 to update Gandy's Web presence.
House 9 has been contracted to update Gandy's corporate Web site. We'll be working directly with their owner in bringing their corporate presence to the Web.
